Manufacturing method

Currently, bungee jumping cords used in the entire world are pretty much the same in shape, style, and manufacturing methods under different manufacturing companies. All processes are progressing manually and are in a method of tying rubber with rubbers but our BK.800 cord is a method weaving cords using braid machine.

Characteristics

This product (BK.800) is cord weaved in a braid weave method and is the only cord for bungee jump manufactured in a single cord in the world regardless of weight of jumpers. Cover is wrapped in duplication and inner cover is made using aramid fiber or nylon to have super strength of cord without worries of braking never and outer cover is cover ed with ultra fine threads and has smooth surface and there are no worries at all for wounds during jumps.

In particular , as the cords look so nice in exterior, there is no need to cover separate folded cover s and since ultraviolet rays are interrupted naturally, lifespan of cord is extended significantly. And as the cords are weaved by braid machine , mass production is possible and delivery time is fast and price is cheap.

Use method and cautions of cord

Direct rays (ultraviolet rays) and ozone is the main culprit for shortening lifespan of rubbers. It is recommended to use and discard within 150 days from the purchase date and the number of frequency of jump is recommended not to exceed 800 times. Using for a long time because of small number of frequency of using the cords is the biggest cause for corrosion and breaking of the cords.

It is the best and good to keep in sealing by wrapping in vinyl when the cords are not used.

Characteristics of B.K800 CORD

This product (BK.800cord) prevents accidents of breaking of cords which are worried during jumps through strong tensile strength of inner skin of Aramid by webbing cover in duplication and also prevents wounds caused by scratch between cords and skin through soft outside skin of micro yarns. In general, all rubber cords (Tie cord) tying by hands need separate spandex cover because rubber threads can be easily damaged due to external frictions and exposure to sunlight of rubber threads as the number of frequency of jump is increased. But life span of this cord is extended much longer since ultraviolet rays, which are main culprit of shortening life span of rubber, are naturally interrupted and since it looks good in exterior aesthetics, it is easy to handle and does not need separate covers. Since it is webbed by machine, mass production is possible and delivery time is fast too in addition to cheap prices and excellent quality.

How much is proper for frequency of jumps and period of use?

Corrosion of rubber is progressed with passage of time even when rubber is not used. You may have witnessed that new shoes you have purchased several years ago are broken suddenly one day without strength. It is the most safe to discard after using for about six months after date of purchase even though it may be different according to a storage method. If a cord manufacturer has purchased rubber threads long time age, it may be different but this company converts rubber threads, which exceeded three months from date of manufacturing, into general cords because we manufacture other kinds of bungee cords together and we never use them in manufacturing cords for jumps. Frequency of jump is good for 800 times. It is reported that some jump places have used our cords up to 2000 times. All rubber cords are good for about 500 times. It is because damages of rubber threads can be progressed fast as there no protection membranes of inner and outside skin.
